This battery of tests is given to each athlete at the beginning and at the conclusion of their training program. The results listed below are actual results and where noted number expected, indicates the professional player at a comparable position and size.
- Footspeed: defensive slants from foul lane to foul lane in a 30 second time period.
- Takes/Makes: elbow to elbow jump shots, demonstrating quickness of release and accuracy. Drill is 60sec.
- Chair Drill: a full court drill where player has maximum of 4 dribble from foul line to basket, laying the ball up and exploding back to 1 of 4 perimeter spots for outside shots. Must continue drill until all 4 shots are made.
- Foul Shooting: 3 sets of 5 free throws, where by each set is under additional conditions of fatigue.

- Physical & Mental: Above average conditioning. Maintains a mental toughness on both ends of the court. Not at all reluctant of contact.
- Ball Skills: Above average ball skills. Ability to handle the ball with either hand. Commits very few turnovers. Does a very good job of handling the ball both in the open court and in traffic. Excellent passer in transition and passes to her teammates strengths in the half court set.
- Offense: Jessica’s range as well as shot selection and creation are the strongest points of her game. Moves well without the ball and has ability to get open. Consistent three point range.
- Rebounding: Solid rebounder for size and position. Boxes out the shooter when needed.
- Defense: Defensive knowledge and quickness are definite assets to her overall defensive game.
- Game Knowledge: Possesses good overall game knowledge. Jessica must continue to learn more of the international game in order to enhance her execution.
