- Footspeed: defensive slants from foul lane to foul lane in a 30 second time period.
- Takes/Makes: elbow to elbow jump shots, demonstrating quickness of release and accuracy. Drill is 60sec.
- Chair Drill: a full court drill where player has maximum of 4 dribble from foul line to basket, laying the ball up and exploding back to 1 of 4 perimeter spots for outside shots. Must continue drill until all 4 shots are made.
- Foul Shooting: 3 sets of 5 free throws, where by each set is under additional conditions of fatigue.

- Physical & Mental: Very strong player that is in excellent physical condition. Shows mental toughness and is a very tough competitor.
- Ball Skills: Above average in the open floor. Ability to penetrate into the defense. Needs to continue to work on ball handling in half court sets and under pressure.
- Offense: Excellent penetration and slasher. Has ability to get to the basket and use his body control in order to finish. Can score in bunches from different spots on the floor. Good court judgement and court vision. Ability to create his own shot either in the lane or with the jumper.
- Rebounding: Excellent timing and positioning. Able to keep up with the taller forwards on the rebounding end thanks to his aggressiveness and anticipation.
- Defense: Excellent defender that loves to play on the defensive end. Very strong on the ball defender. Plays physical and has ability to guard bigger players in the post. Strong lateral movement.
- Game Knowledge: Very good knowledge of the game. Understands how to play team basketball. Must continue to learn how to move without the basketball on offense.
- Strengths: Physical strength, penetration, rebounding, defense, court judgement, court vision.
- Opportunities for Improvement: Work on developing a more consistent outside shot. Develop ability to come off screens and hit the open jumper. Improve range out to 22ft.
- Overall Comments: Willie definitely has the ability to play overseas on a lower to mid level. He can play the 2 or 3 and can rebound and defend smaller power forwards. Terrific attitude and interacts well with teammates, coaches and officials.
