- Physical & Mental: Average conditioning. At time, very mentally tough but lets some calls frustrate him and effect the way he plays. Very aggressive and intense player. High energy.
- Ball Skills: Excellent hands. Handle the ball well with his back to the basket and has ability to handle the ball on the free throw line extended.
- Offense: Excellent offensive post moves with back to the basket. Terrific finisher around the rim. Good body and control. Consistent jump shot out to 16ft. Quickness of release a real plus. Needs to move his shooting range out to about 18-20ft. to be more effective. Must be sure he doesn’t force shots in the double team.

- Defense: Plays very strong post defense with excellent footwork. Has some trouble guarding quicker players in one on one situation. Must develop consistent shot blocking skills.
- Game Knowledge: Has a good overall understanding of the game.
- Strengths: Mid range jumper. Offensive post moves. Ability to finish around the rim. Rebounding. Ball handling. Intensity.
- Opportunities for Improvement: Conditioning & mental focus. Free throw shooting. Passing out of double teams. More range on outside shot.
- Overall Comments: Willie is a very coachable player. He is very intense and he works hard on both ends of the floor. He gets along with his teammates as well. Willie can definitely play at a low to mid level professional league right now.
